TRILINGUAL PRESCHOOL

Pacific Academy Costa Mesa Preschool provides an excellent experience for boys and girls ages 3 and 4. The trilingual program is designed to provide children with a diverse, exciting, and stimulating environment. Each class promotes learning through "hands-on" experiences. Projects and activities address a wide variety of school readiness, social and motor skills.

Our Mission

At PACM Preschool, we believe in the value and uniqueness of each child and family we serve. Our center experience is designed to promote each child’s own individual social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. As caregivers and educators, our mission is to provide a safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment, which fosters a child’s natural instinct to explore, discover, create and become a lifelong learner.

Preschool Ready

Classes are for any 3 & 4 year old who are ready to learn in a diverse and exciting trilingual environment. Students will learn through hands-on activities and experience including arts, crafts, music, storytelling as well as imaginative play. The curriculum is designed with different themes and taught in three languages, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, and English throughout a regular school day.

Project-Based Learning

Project based learning is a comprehensive and dynamic approach to instruction in which students explore real-world challenges or tackle essential questions. Each class has at least one project per semester in which students collaborate, explore, and think critically to create a product for a real audience. A primary goal of the program is to inspire students to obtain a deeper knowledge of the subjects they are studying.

Experiential Education

Field trips, clubs, extracurricular activities, and regular outings are vital to the energy and rhythm of Pacific Academy. We believe that important, meaningful learning takes place when students are engaged in learning by doing, whether inside or outside of the classroom. Through experiential education, students make connections and gain a deeper understanding of the world around them.
